Tax Relief for Georgia Families: (HB 111) This year, Rep. Cooper helped pass a reduction in the state income tax, meaning a family of four with a median income will save more than $750 in taxes each year.
School Safety: (HB 268) In addition to investing $53 million for school safety upgrades throughout the state, this bill toughens penalties for threats made against schools and creates a statewide behavioral threat management process.
